A Lazy and Leisurely Day after Deepawali
I belong to the ilk who got tired of eating and sleeping. Few got tired after celebrating a festival. Today was the day after Deepawali so people were roaming lazily. So, I tried to capture few moods in my camera. Hope you may taste the colours which I cherish few times a year in a festive mood.
Sarkari Babu enjoying a nap, it’s lunch time, 2 pm after all.
Lone devotee, a dog remembering his God.
Cricket in a pond; don’t ask where the pond and water is. It’s an Indian pond!
Waiting for the turn, for the lady luck shine sometime.
Neither slumdogs, nor millionaire, just ordinary happy citizens of India.
Heavenly abode of Radha-Krishna.
Indian rope-trick to construct road without using cement, mortar in bricks. It’s magic – black magic indeed.
Hmmm some greenery with yellow kaner flowers, Nerium oleander.
Single but happy.
Don’t know its name.
ISKCON Temple, beautiful as ever.
Barahmasi/Sadabahar flower, Catharanthes roseus, wonderful herb for cancer.
Lovely pigeons, my next favourite bird after crows.
